Here are more details about ipsy! ipsy is a beauty subscription, which means that once a month, ipsy will send you 5 samples and full sized products in an adorable makeup bag for you to try! You could get samples of things like makeup, skin care, hair products, etc. These products are from high quality companies, like Benefit, Urban Decay, Sexy Hair, Buxom and NYX, along with a ton of other high-end cosmetic companies that might be a little more eclectic or new. You will also receive discounts or other special promotions for the items in your bag, along with the other items they are showcasing that month, even if they aren't in your bag.

Beauty Profile
Worried you might not like the surprises in your box? ipsy encourages you to complete a beauty profile. They will then cater your boxes to your beauty profile and do their best to give you products you will like and use.

Points System
ipsy has a points system to reward you for reviewing the items in your bag, for referring your friends, along with a few other ways. When you get to 1,000 points you get to choose from three items. Right now, for example, you can choose from one of these three products:

Member bonus - We get you started with 100 ipsyPoints automatically for joining the Glam Bag program.

Referrals - Each successful referral will earn you 250 ipsyPoints.

Product feedback - Head on over to your Glam Room and click "review me" to claim 10 points for each product feedback form completed. This provides helpful insight to our brand partners, and also furthers your ipsyMatch personalization experience!

Share your bag's arrival - Earn 5 ipsyPoints for sharing on Facebook that you got your bag, and another 5 for sharing your answer to the bag question of the month.

Glam Bag feedback - Leave us a simple rating on your overall monthly Glam Bag for 10 ipsyPoints! We'll show a pop-up on your account mid-month, after bags have been received.

Sneak Peeks
Another fun thing that Ipsy does is their monthly sneak peeks. During the first week of the month, ipsy posts picture of the products on Facebook and Instagram that will be showcased that month. The pictures are creative and you will still have to do a little investigation to decode what product it is. They also have a "Glam Room" on their website that will show what products you will be receiving.  They update this a few days before you get your bag. 

Beauty box subscriptions are so fun! I look forward to the sneak peeks and the anticipation of getting their cute little box in the mail! It's like Christmas every month! Life has so little surprises anymore, so I have (probably too much) fun with these subscriptions!
