Ipsy Glam Bag- May 2014

Fresh Picks is the theme of this months bag. This month was just ok for me. My extremely adorable bag was filled with mostly skin care. The funny thing is, as not exciting as this bag is, I will use all of it, exct the eye shadow.  I have too many in that color already. So here are my Ipsy Bag Contents:

First... The adorable bag itself:

Pacifica Mineral Eye Shadow Duo #1 in Celestial and Opal -Full size.  I had to show you a close-up of the lighter color. It is so purdy! I ended up giving it to a friend who uses these colors everyday.  She highly recommends it!

derma e Microdermabrasion Scrub- Deluxe Sample. I can always use scrub.  Bummed they included another microdermabrasion scrub when I got one from them last month, but that's ok.  I just saw that there were so many better things I could have gotten instead of something I got last month.

Hang Ten Sunscreen SPF 50-Deluxe Sample.  Yawn! But I can always use sunscreen.

Hey Honey Take it Off Exfoliating Honey Peel Off Mask- Deluxe sample.  I'm most excited about this product. I haven't used a peel since middle school, so this will be fun.  I'm obsessed with honey, so if it smells even remotely close to honey, I'll be happy.

Pūr~lisse Pūr-moist Hydra-balance Moisturizer-Deluxe sample. I like Pūr~lisse. It's nice. It's expensive. It's something I would never buy on my own. I got a full sized lotion with SPF from them in my Blush bag back in December I think and I really liked it.

Overall, I really wasn't impressed this month. I usually get mostly full sized products and got only one this month.  Although I will use these products, they really aren't exciting.  It sucks for those people, like my friend, who subscribed to Ipsy because it's more of a makeup-based sub because they are so sensitive to skin care. If she gets the same bag as me, she will only be able to use the eye shadow. Hopefully they catered these bags close enough to give the skin care-sensitive people more of the makeup and tools instead.
